Finding Business Partners to help obtain capital?

I am planning on starting up a business. The problem is, I hear a lot of talk about resumes being very important in obtaining Venture Capital. This makes perfect sense and at all, but my resume is very fresh. I think the best idea is to find a partner who would become the CEO of this company with me having a different job description.

My question: Where do I find a business partner?

    Hi Robbie,

    I personally have connections to angel investors and venture capitalists, them being personal friends of mine. If I were chosen to help someone in a project like this, I would first need to analyze the idea. With any good idea, the proper execution and funding will allow it to prosper and make riches.

    You don’t have to have a partner to obtain capital. I am a sole trader and run a business called 132 Business Plans, if you need finance to help start your business then a bank or other potential investors will expect to see a business plan.
