A little more detail. I’m a scientist in a biotech company; but I ended up being responsible for work in venture capital, business development, amongst other things. Now that I’ve left all my larger projects, I want to go into consulting. But is it a bad thing to go into a boutique consulting company or to stick to a large consulting company. I need some direction.

Be a consultant. They just give opinions and do no real work. Its easy and good money in that.
