I am trying to do some more due dilligence on the company. If not a public company, who are the venture capital backers etc. I am interested their finacial results, managment team etc.

    Check on Hoovers.com to see a profile of the company or go to Yahoo finance to research the ticker symbol. If the tickers symbol displays then you know its public.

    Yes, they are a public company. Here is their website link where you can find the information you want, including links to their financial results.

    It is a private company, not traded on NASDAQ or Pinksheets but reports to the SEC,
