How and from what resources does a CEO of a company make money from?
Vivek asked:
I would like to know that if and when I start my own LLC company and seek out Venture Capital firms who would want to invest in my company after meeting with them, where would I as the CEO of the company make an income from? Let’s say I bring in 10 million to the company. Would I be able to get a finders fee of, for instance, 5% out of that? Also, would I be able to get a company house, car and bi weekly salary from that initial investment even if the company does not make any profits? How much could I make from profits as a CEO of the company? Or is it that I could not touch the money that was brought in from the Venture Capital firms until profits are paid out?

A CEO is a salaried officer of the Corporation.
He may also get performance bonuses, and/or stock options.
Any investors have a right to know what you will be taking out.
Not telling them that, and many other things, is a crime.
Better learn some elementary business law before you even think
about forming a corporation, let alone running one.
